Casper Swag is a Casper, Wyoming-focused merchandise store and an extension of Casper Buzz. Our store offers apparel, drinkware, accessories, and other merchandise inspired by Casper, Wyoming, its community, outdoor lifestyle, local humor, and surrounding area.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, and images accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, product material, printing process, manufacturing process, or other factors.

Because some products are printed or manufactured after an order is placed, minor variations between product images and finished items may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

Because these products are produced on demand, processing times may differ from traditional retail products.

Minor differences in print placement, color, sizing, or appearance may occur as part of the manufacturing and printing process.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Orders may be shipped directly from one or more third-party fulfillment facilities. As a result, products purchased in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Casper Swag is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or other unforeseen events.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by the Casper Swag Return & Refund Policy.

Because many of our products are produced on demand, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer selected the wrong size, color, or product.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

We recommend reviewing sizing charts and product information carefully before ordering apparel.

8. Casper Buzz

Casper Swag is associated with Casper Buzz, a locally focused platform serving Casper residents and visitors.

Customers may access Casper Swag through Casper Buzz, including through links or QR codes.

Unless otherwise specifically stated, purchases made through the Casper Swag storefront are transactions with Casper Swag and are governed by the policies applicable to the Casper Swag store.

Casper Buzz features such as local news, events, classifieds, ticketing, business information, or other services may be subject to separate terms or policies.

Casper Swag creates merchandise inspired by Casper, Wyoming and the surrounding region.
